Production runs in EU facilities under documented, audited quality protocols. The hemp biomass goes through a CO2 supercritical extraction system, where pressurised carbon dioxide acts as a solvent to extract cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant material, with no butane, ethanol or propane residues in the workflow. Downstream processing splits the cannabinoid-rich oil into the different extract families: a short purge under controlled vacuum gives the shatter sheets, a chromatography step yields the CBD crystals isolate, a coating step produces moonrock and icerock. Each step is documented and the batch traceable from biomass to the final pack.
