- the imperative consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence of the Customer within the European Union and the European Economic Area, where they offer a higher level of protection than the legislation indicated above.
1.2 These Terms may be amended by JustBob at any time. Any amendment enters into force upon publication in the “Terms and Conditions” section of the Site. The Terms applicable to each individual order are those in force at the time the order is submitted. The Customer is recommended to review the current version before each purchase. The text of the Terms is made available in a form that allows the Customer to store and reproduce it on a durable medium.
1.3 These Terms apply to sales to the countries listed in 8. They do not govern the sale of products by third parties accessible through links, banners or other references on the Site; JustBob is not responsible for the content, offers or sales of such third parties.
2. Purchases on the Site
2.1 Access to purchases on the Site is reserved to adult natural persons (18 years of age or older) acting as consumers within the meaning of Article 2(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU. JustBob may at any time request confirmation of adult status.
2.2 Retailers, wholesalers or persons intending to acquire the Products for resale in the course of a business activity may not place orders on the Site. Registration and purchase by such persons are prohibited.
2.3 JustBob reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders coming from: (i) a Customer with whom litigation is pending; (ii) a Customer who has previously breached these Terms or a previous contract with JustBob; (iii) a Customer involved in cases of fraud, in particular payment card fraud; (iv) a Customer who has provided false, incomplete or inaccurate identification data.
2.4 Legal nature and regulatory framework of the Products. The Products offered on the Site are industrial hemp goods (Cannabis sativa L.), originating from varieties registered in the common European catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 and the successor Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, applicable from 1 January 2023.
The Court of Justice of the European Union, in the judgment C-663/18 of 19 November 2020 (Kanavape), established that cannabidiol (CBD) derived from Cannabis sativa L. legally cultivated in a Member State may freely circulate in the internal market as a good, in accordance with the principle of free movement of goods set out in Articles 34 and 36 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), subject to derogations justified by public health protection objectives that are necessary and proportionate.
Industrial hemp varieties matching the parameters set out by Union legislation are recognised as regular agricultural products in all Member States of the European Union. JustBob’s Products derive exclusively from varieties registered in the common European catalogue and fall fully within the perimeter of legal industrial hemp.
The Products have a THC content below 0.2%, analysed daily in the laboratory, and are intended exclusively for technical, scientific, ornamental, collectible and room-fragrance uses. The Products are not intended for human consumption: they are not intended for ingestion, combustion or vaporisation. They must be kept out of the reach of children.
The Customer undertakes to comply with the indicated intended use and is responsible for independently verifying the regulations applicable in his country of habitual residence regarding the legality of the purchase and possession of such Products.
2.5 The information about the Products made available on the Site is descriptive and technical in nature and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, dietary or legal advice. The Customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the purchase with the regulations in force in his country of habitual residence.
3. Registration on the Site
3.1 Registration is free of charge. Required data: name, surname, email address and password. Data collection is limited to what is necessary for the performance of the contract, in accordance with the principle of data minimisation (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR). Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
3.2 Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. The Customer undertakes to maintain their confidentiality and to inform JustBob promptly at info@justbob.shop of any unauthorised use.
3.3 The Customer declares that the data provided is complete and truthful. Each Customer may register only once. JustBob reserves the right to block multiple accounts without prior notice.
4. Purchase process and pre-contractual information
4.1 In accordance with Articles 6 and 8 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the conclusion of the contract requires the following actions:
- selection of the Products and addition to the basket;
- completion of the order form with personal and delivery data;
- review of the order summary, including the details of the Products, the total price (inclusive of VAT), delivery costs and any additional costs;
- confirmation and submission of the order, after selecting the payment method, by clicking the button labelled in an unequivocal manner as “order with obligation to pay” or with an equivalent unambiguous formulation (such as “buy and pay”), in accordance with Article 8(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Before submitting the order, the Customer may identify and correct any data entry errors by following the indications of the Site.
4.2 The contract is concluded upon transmission by JustBob of the order confirmation by email. This message contains:
- a summary of the applicable Terms;
- the essential characteristics of the purchased Products;
- detailed indication of the price, delivery costs and any additional costs;
- the payment method used;
- information on the right of withdrawal, including the model withdrawal instruction (Annex 1 to these Terms) and the model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to these Terms), in accordance with Annex I.A and Annex I.B to Directive 2011/83/EU;
- contact details of customer service.
The Customer is recommended to retain this confirmation message as proof of purchase.
4.3 In the event of failed payment authorisation or non-execution of payment, the order is automatically cancelled; the contract is deemed not to have been concluded, and the Customer is informed via the Site or by email.
4.4 The order form and related accounting documentation (invoices, receipts) are retained by JustBob in its IT systems for the time necessary to process the order and for the periods provided by applicable law. ESPACE ECOMMERCE FRANCE SARL, as a French company, applies the most conservative retention period of ten (10) years in accordance with Article L.123-22 of the French Code de commerce, which prevails to the extent it is more conservative than the retention periods of other Member States of destination.
4.5 The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. Customer service communicates in English. Where the Customer has a higher proficiency in another language, customer service may, where reasonably possible, provide replies in such other language.
5. Prices
5.1 All prices are expressed in EURO (EUR) and include the applicable value added tax (VAT) at the rate in force in the country of consumption, in accordance with Council Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax. Delivery costs and any additional costs are clearly and separately indicated in the order summary and in the confirmation message.
5.2 The price may be modified by JustBob at any time, without prior notice. The price published at the time of the submission of the order is binding.
5.3 Indication of the lowest price upon price reductions. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (Omnibus) and the corresponding national transpositions, JustBob, in case of any price reduction, indicates the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the reduction.
5.4 Customer reviews. Where reviews are published on the Site, JustBob takes appropriate measures to ensure that they originate from actual purchasers, in accordance with the rules introduced by Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (Omnibus).
6. Orders and information about the Products
6.1 JustBob processes the order and dispatches the Products only after receipt of payment authorisation. If the amount due is not paid, the order is deemed cancelled and the contract not concluded.
6.2 In accordance with general contract law principles and pursuant to a contractual stipulation, the Products remain the property of ESPACE ECOMMERCE FRANCE SARL until full payment (retention of title clause). The risk of loss or damage of the Products passes to the Customer when the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the Products, in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6.3 Each Product is accompanied by a product description. Illustrations represent the characteristics with the maximum possible accuracy; colours may vary depending on device settings. The characteristics of the Product indicated in the confirmed order form are binding.
7. Availability of Products
7.1 The Products are available in limited quantities. It may happen that a Product is no longer available after the order has been submitted.
7.2 In case of unavailability, the Customer is informed promptly by email and is entitled to terminate the contract. JustBob reimburses the amount paid within fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification, using the same means of payment used by the Customer, without any costs to the Customer.
7.3 In case of partial unavailability, the Customer may terminate the contract limited to the unavailable Products; termination of the entire order is possible only where there is a documented connection of inseparability between the Products.
8. Delivery and countries of delivery
8.1 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are free of charge for orders with goods value of sixty euro (60.00 EUR) or more (inclusive of VAT). For orders of lower value, delivery costs are clearly and separately indicated during the purchase process, before the confirmation of the order, and in the confirmation message.
8.2 Countries of delivery
JustBob currently delivers to the following nineteen (19) European destinations:
- Portugal

Deliveries are carried out by carriers selected by JustBob.
8.3 Delivery time
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the country of destination and is indicated during the purchase process and in the confirmation message. In the absence of a specific indication, delivery is in any event made within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 18(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
8.4 Verification on delivery
It is recommended to verify upon delivery the number of Products received and the integrity of the packaging, to note any anomalies on the transport document and, in the case of visible damage, to accept the parcel only with a written reservation.
8.5 Tracking
After dispatch of the parcel to the carrier, JustBob sends an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.
8.6 Delivery attempts
In case of recipient absence, the courier leaves a notice. After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel is held in storage; if the Customer does not respond, the parcel is returned to JustBob. After thirty (30) calendar days from the return of the parcel, the contract is deemed terminated and JustBob refunds the amount paid less the documented return costs.
8.7 Passing of risk
The risk of loss or damage passes upon physical handover of the Product to the Customer or to a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier), in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
9. Payment methods
9.1 Payment may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. If a method is not available for a given order, this is clearly indicated before order confirmation.
9.2 JustBob does not store complete payment card data and does not have access to it; such data is managed directly by the payment service provider in an environment compliant with PCI DSS. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389, card transactions are subject to strong customer authentication (SCA).
10. Right of withdrawal
10.1 The Customer, in accordance with Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU, has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the Product. In case of multiple Products delivered separately or batches delivered separately, the period runs from the day of receipt of the last Product or batch (Article 9(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
10.2 Exercise of the right. The Customer must, before the expiry of the period, send JustBob an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw (Article 11 of Directive 2011/83/EU), either by means of the attached model withdrawal form (Annex 2, in accordance with Annex I.B to the directive), or by letter or email to info@justbob.shop, indicating the name, the order number and the date of delivery. It is sufficient to send the statement before the expiry of the period; the burden of proof lies with the Customer.
10.3 Return of the Products. The Customer returns the Products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification, to the address indicated by customer service. The direct costs of returning the Products are borne by the Customer, unless JustBob has agreed to bear them.
10.4 Reimbursement. JustBob reimburses all payments received, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a means of delivery chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest standard offer), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification, in accordance with Article 13(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, using the same means of payment used by the Customer, without any costs to the Customer. JustBob may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the Products or until proof of return is provided, whichever event occurs first (Article 13(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
10.5 Compensation for diminished value. In accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products. The Products are commercialised in original sealed packaging; the opening of seals, the removal of labels or any handling exceeding the mere external visual inspection results in a diminished value that may correspond to the entire price of the Product when the packaging irreversibly loses its commercial utility. JustBob may deduct from the reimbursement an amount proportionate to the diminished value, up to the full price of the Product. The right of withdrawal as such remains unaffected.
10.6 Withdrawal exercised in non-compliance with the legal requirements does not result in termination of the contract or in reimbursement.
11. Legal guarantee of conformity
11.1 The Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years from delivery, in accordance with Article 10(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the corresponding national transpositions in the country of habitual residence of the Customer.
11.2 In accordance with Article 11 of Directive (EU) 2019/771, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the periods established by the country of habitual residence of the Customer (one year minimum, extended to two years in several Member States) is presumed to have existed at the time when the Products were delivered, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the Products or with the nature of the lack of conformity. The Customer is not required to prove the existence of the lack of conformity at the time of delivery, only its existence within the relevant period.
11.3 Remedies for lack of conformity. The Customer may request, at his choice, the repair or the replacement of the Product, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Directive (EU) 2019/771. JustBob may refuse the chosen remedy if it is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared to the alternative. Where neither repair nor replacement is available, where JustBob has not provided them within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the Customer, or where the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, the Customer is entitled, in accordance with the same provisions, to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract. Termination is excluded where the lack of conformity is only minor; the burden of proof of the minor nature lies with JustBob.
11.4 The Customer’s right to claim damages under the general rules of the law of the contract remains unaffected.
11.5 To exercise the rights, the Customer contacts customer service at info@justbob.shop, indicating the order number and a description of the lack of conformity.
11.6 The legal guarantee of conformity does not limit any additional commercial guarantee that may be voluntarily granted by the producer or by the seller. JustBob does not currently grant an additional commercial guarantee.
12. Customer service and complaints
12.1 The Customer may contact customer service: by email at info@justbob.shop, by telephone at +44 2030514261 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 CET, excluding public holidays), through the official social media channels of the Seller, or through the contact form available on the Site.
12.2 JustBob undertakes to respond to complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
12.3 Out-of-court dispute resolution. Pursuant to Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and the corresponding national transpositions, JustBob informs the Customer that JustBob is not bound by, and does not adhere to, any specific alternative dispute resolution body for the e-commerce retail sector. The Customer’s right to access alternative dispute resolution bodies recognised by his Member State of habitual residence remains in any event preserved. The European Commission makes available an official portal for the consultation of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies operating in each Member State of the European Union, accessible at the address https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/. The previous Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 has been repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of 19 December 2024 with effect from 20 July 2025. The Customer’s right to bring proceedings before the ordinary courts is in any event preserved.
13. Applicable law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution
13.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the pre-contractual information provided in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU, constitute the entire agreement between JustBob and the Customer.
13.2 Applicable law. The contracts are governed by French law, as the law of the country of the Seller, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I). In any event, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence of the Customer within the European Union and the European Economic Area remain unaffected, in particular as regards the period of withdrawal, the means of reimbursement, the legal guarantee of conformity and the pre-contractual information obligations.
13.3 Jurisdiction. For all disputes, the courts of the place of domicile of the Customer within the European Union or the European Economic Area are competent, in accordance with Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis) and the procedural rules of the country of habitual residence. Such jurisdiction may not be excluded to the detriment of the Customer.
13.4 Out-of-court dispute resolution (EU). JustBob’s address for out-of-court dispute resolution communications: info@justbob.shop. The right to bring proceedings before the ordinary courts remains unaffected.
13.5 European procedure for small claims. A Customer domiciled in a Member State of the European Union may, in matters of value up to 5,000 EUR (excluding interest and fees), make use of the European procedure for small claims in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2421.
14. Intellectual property
14.1 The Site as a whole, the Products, the packaging and all elements of the Site (trademarks, logos, designs, illustrations, photographs, texts, software, databases) are the exclusive property of JustBob or of the respective right-holders. They are protected under Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, Directive 2004/48/EC on the enforcement of intellectual property rights, Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark and the corresponding national transpositions, as well as under international agreements to which the European Union and France are parties.
14.2 Any reproduction, distribution or use of these elements, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, except where expressly permitted by law. Infringement may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
15. Personal data protection and cookies
15.1 ESPACE ECOMMERCE FRANCE SARL processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), taking into account the guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and of the lead supervisory authority, the French CNIL. The lead supervisory authority for ESPACE ECOMMERCE FRANCE SARL is the CNIL; the Customer also retains the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of his country of habitual residence. Full information (purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, rights of the data subject) is available in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 The Site uses cookies in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC and with the GDPR. Information on the cookies used and management of preferences: Cookie Policy.
16. Force majeure
16.1 Neither JustBob nor the Customer is liable for the non-performance of a contractual obligation if such non-performance results from a force majeure event (an event beyond the control of the parties, unforeseeable, the consequences of which could not reasonably have been avoided). Force majeure suspends the performance of the obligations for the duration of the event, without right to compensation.
16.2 The affected party promptly informs the other party. If the event lasts more than fifteen (15) calendar days, either party may terminate the contract in writing. JustBob in such case refunds all payments received within fourteen (14) calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the Customer.
Annex 1. Model withdrawal instruction
(In accordance with Annex I.A to Directive 2011/83/EU)

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ESPACE ECOMMERCE FRANCE SARL, 16 rue Cuvier, 69006 Lyon, France, email: info@justbob.shop, telephone: +44 2030514261) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
