Orders placed by 4 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day; orders placed after 4 pm or at the weekend are shipped on the next working day.

You will receive the parcel tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and the package will reach your doorstep within 24/48 hours of dispatch.

You can order from the following European countries:

Some localities cannot be served: in Corsica and the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in Madeira and the Azores, and on the Greek island of Chios. Enter your postcode at checkout and we will tell you straight away whether we can deliver.

The inflorescences are sold provided with the analyzes made by Us, on each lot produced, and they are also provided with seed labels which attest to the origin and certification within the meaning of European standards.

You will receive the “Tracking code”, the code that will allow you to track your parcel, by email as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Shipments are delivered within 24/48 hours of dispatch.

Recall that couriers work from Monday to Friday, therefore deliveries are not received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

For any doubt, contact us with the appropriate form and you will be contacted as soon as possible by our customer service.

On the Justbob online store it is possible to pay by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

Cash on delivery is not available.

If you cannot be at home to receive your order, you can ask for the package to be sent to an Access Point.

Access Points are commercial establishments (bars, shops or tobacco shops) where incoming shipments can be collected. Just enter “Access Point” in the order notes on www.justbob.shop: we will choose the Access Point closest to your address, based on the courier and availability.
