Every batch on the Justbob catalogue is verified daily by independent laboratories to keep THC content under the 0.3% EU-harmonised threshold defined by Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and the Common Catalogue of agricultural plant varieties. The Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed in the Kanavape ruling of November 2020 the principle of free movement within the European Union for hemp-derived CBD products meeting the harmonised threshold. CBD itself is currently classified as a novel food in the European Union, which is why our catalogue is sold for technical, scientific, ornamental and collector purposes in line with the European hemp regulatory framework.
