The Small Buds label arrived on our catalogue in 2019, inspired by a recurring practice in the European hemp market. When a jar of premium flowers was nearly finished and only the smaller calyxes were left, these were often offered at a discount to clear inventory. Customers appreciated the value and consistently asked for more, eventually turning it into a defined product category.
We launched the category as Small Buds in 2019, sourcing from the same EU partners that grow our standard CBD Flower range. Since then, we have also introduced dedicated cultivations specifically aimed at producing small-calibre flowers in higher volume, helping to maintain the accessible per-gram pricing shown in the listing above.
