As a producer, we choose those who assure us that neither pesticides nor fertilisers are used in their crops; each batch is first checked in an analytical laboratory, where the quality of the raw materials is attested as well as the compliance with the limits set by European and Irish regulations. No product offered in our shop is sold unless it has passed these steps satisfactorily.
