1) Cannabis fertilisation and flavours: blends make all the difference
In cannabis cultivation, as in many other agricultural sectors, it is widespread to feed the plants with fertilisers that guarantee a faster and more abundant growth.
Before moving forward, it must be stated that there are fertilisers that are absorbed immediately by the plant and other fertilisers that must instead undergo a transformation process through enzymes before they are absorbed.
In legal marijuana, fertilisers that are most commonly used are the ones that can be absorbed immediately, also because cannabis is mainly grown with hydroculture technology. The use of fertilisers of this type throughout the cultivation period means that the plant, more than its variety, can be strongly influenced by this specific fertiliser’s aroma.
